Creepers Nursery and Creepers Wandsworth have outlined below the current measures we are taking with immediate effect to ensure we all behave responsibly and are adhering to official advice. For more information, please view our Risk Assessment here.

Collection

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

IDEALLY please send you order in advance. Or you can make a longer appointment to select your own plants. You will be required to stay a minimum of 2 metres from any staff. Your list will be collected from a designated point and the plants will be taken to an isolated area for you to load. Payment will be taken by card via ‘cardholder not present’ only. There is NO access to the office. Hand washing facilities are available – please use responsibly. There is a strict one-in one-out policy on appointments so please plan ahead.

Deliveries

Deliveries will continue but with the following rules:

Please discuss an unloading plan from a 2 metre distance with our driver to ensure we maintain Health and Safety standards AND Covid-19 rules.

Our driver will check the order for you and leave relevant paperwork with the order. No signature is required. A time-stamped photograph of plants delivered and the delivery note will be taken. Any discrepancies need to be notified as soon as possible to the nursery.

We are re-assessing our position in line with the Official Government Advice daily and will adhere to any future advice immediately.
