Creepers Nursery at the Royal Windsor Flower Show: Celebrating Craft, Community, and a Royal Visit

Creepers Nursery was honoured to take centre stage at this year’s Royal Windsor Flower Show, contributing to the event in a number of meaningful and creative ways, from beautifully planted displays to supporting emerging talent, and even a royal encounter.

We were proud to design and build the Thames Hospice Garden, a heartfelt and thoughtfully planted space that offered a moment of calm and reflection amidst the energy of the show. The garden highlighted the healing power of plants and the importance of green spaces in palliative care. A true highlight came when His Majesty The King visited the garden and spent time speaking with our team, an incredible moment and a great honour for everyone involved.

Our director Rob shared:

“We’ve created a space that invites reflection. A winding 'Thames-inspired' path leads you through vibrant planting, echoing the colours of the Trunks Across the Thames trail. It’s a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect - however that looks for you.”

As part of our wider involvement in the show, we also created seasonal, naturalistic displays to dress the main entrance and the stage, giving guests a warm and welcoming first impression, and providing a vibrant setting for speakers and events throughout the day.

We were also proud to sponsor the Garden Makers Competition, supporting the next generation of garden designers and showcasing bold, creative ideas from emerging talent. In the Members' Terrace and Entrance, our planting helped shape a relaxed, immersive space for visitors to enjoy, blending form, fragrance, and texture in a distinctly Creepers style.

This year’s show was a celebration of everything we value, expert craftsmanship, connection to nature, and community through horticulture. We’re incredibly proud of our team and grateful to have played such a key role in making it a memorable event!
